Accessible pathway on the West side and East side have not been cleared of ice and snow this winter, as a result individuals with walkers, canes, wheelchairs, and crutches, are imprisoned in their apartment. Individuals with walkers, canes, wheelchairs, and crutches are unable to visit friends who rent from this landlord. The landlord was made aware that they need to clean the accessible pathway but no attempts have been made to correct the ADA and Fair Housing Act violation.
