Accessible parking spaces for cars have at least a 60-inch wide access aisle located adjacent to the designated parking space. One of eight accessible parking spaces, but always at least one, must be van-accessible with a sign that identifies the parking space as “van accessible.” Each accessible sign must include a notification that violators are subject to a fine (with the amount included on the sign)
