A Pennsylvania man (Barry Baker) is accused of sucker punching another man outside a convenience store after making fun of him because he showed symptoms of cerebral palsy.  Cerebral palsy is a neurological disorder that affects a person’s body movement and muscle coordination. Hundreds of thousands of people in the U.S. show symptoms.

Baker, officials said, mocked the disability of a 22-year-old man with cerebral palsy as he walked inside the 7-Eleven store on South High Street in West Chester, PA on May 10. Baker again mocked the man before sucker-punching him in the face as left the store and returned to his SUV, they said.
