There are three problems with this picture. First, the accessible parking sign should not be marking the access aisle as the accessible parking space. The sign should be located where the accessible parking space is. Second, in Fargo (where this picture was taken) the accessible parking ordinance requires access aisles and accessible parking space to be marked with blue paint. Third, the sign lacks the “unauthorized parking mandates $100 fee” plate.
