Mark Bourdon, Freedom Resource Center’s Program Director, joined Valley News Live in Fargo, ND last night to talk about clearing paths of winter snow. Last week a winter storm hit our region and many sidewalks, bus stops, and access ramps remain covered in snow. This makes it very difficult for people with mobility impairments to get around during the winter months.
