We often receive phone calls asking about service animals and people’s rights when it comes to entering a business. Unfortunately, those calls usually come after someone was denied access to a business because of misunderstandings when it comes to service animals and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Valley News Live stationed in Fargo, North Dakota reports on a Valley City man who has been denied access to many businesses because of his service dog. Dalles Jorgenson was diagnosed with PTSD. His service dog, Hayden has been a lifesaver he tells the reporter. Take a moment to watch this video and call Freedom Resource Center at 701-478-0459 if you have any questions about service animals or any other disability related questions.
