Del Rae Williams will be sworn in as the first female Mayor of Moorhead, Minnesota tonight. Mayor Williams is a board member of Freedom Resource Center and a strong advocate for people with disabilities. We are excited for her new journey and wish her the best in leading the City of Moorhead.
