We talk about barriers often.  In doing so, we learn little about the alternative routes we can take.  Freedom Resource Center provides 5 Core Services, each one providing a different route to where you want to be.  Advocacy can help build a bridge to benefits and programs in the community while Peer Mentoring can help provide a roadmap to independence forged by people who have been there before.  Transition Services can help you safely return to the community by finding the right programs that meet your needs for independence with our Information and Referral service.  We offer a variety of trainings with Independent Living Skills, both one-on-one and in class-type settings that include budgeting, meal planning, preparing for the permit, and organization. All our services are free and open to people of all ages with any disability. With offices in Jamestown, Lisbon, Wahpeton, and Fargo, North Dakota; as well as Fergus Falls, Minnesota – We are here for you.
